About
“Tawnshi,” means hello in Michif, the language of the Métis.
Our charcuterie business represents an invitation to look back and appreciate indigenous culture. It is also a way to look forward, through conversations over food.
This is our modern take on a unique, high-end and storied culinary experience through a fusion of indigenous flavours and ingredients.
We have appeared on Vancouver Is Awesome, Vancouver Magazine, BC Living, CBC Radio, Our Vancouver and more!
